experienced coordinator who serves as your day to day liaison with the
selected venue, ground and air operators and hotel or cruise ship for arrivals and
departures.
- Review and
recommend how to adapt your program to the environment for maximum
impact and provide unlimited consulting throughout the entire planning
period.
- Customize the
experience with private events, excursions, ceremonies or parties.
- Develop the
written operational plan, event orders and timelines.
- Anticipate needs
based on our past experience, make appropriate recommendations, follow
up on all the details, solve problems, manage database of participants
and provide all necessary manifest.
- Coordinate
awards, meeting needs, audio visual equipment, food and beverage and VIP
requirements.
- Create
registration forms, invitations and other communication pieces.
- Provide optional
on-site staff to ensure smooth event management.
- Implement the
program (in conjunction with you and your team.)
- Monitor budget,
provide regular accounting and financial reconciliation at end of the
program.
- Provide
additional support including room gifts, signage, name badges, decor,
gift baskets, logo items and much, much more.
