- Why should we use you?We have decades of experience helping companies design, implement and execute highly effective incentive programs that have made their companies more successful. The biggest source of new business for us is from referrals made by our satisfied customers who have seen firsthand the benefits of positive employee and key client appreciation programs.
- Doesn't it cost a lot to use someone like you?Generally, no. Most of our income is derived from commissions paid by vendors we use to place your events at. We do charge extra for optional services such as an event website with online registration, program promotional materials, and onsite event management if you choose but those fees are very reasonable and actually save you money from having your own staff taking time from their regular duties to perform those functions.
- Do you only work with certain industries? No, we have worked with a wide variety of clients over the years developing incentive programs unique to their industry and organization. We tailor your program to your specific needs and objectives.
- How long in advance should I plan my incentive program? That depends on what you want to accomplish and what kind of time you need to accurately measure the desired performance against your program goals. If you are doing a limited time promotion, it may be a short period of time. If you are looking at a longer, overall performance objective that may be an annual program. Usually, we encourage companies to provide enough lead time to ensure we can obtain the best possible contracts with vendors for space, availability and rates.
